Our client – Refire, is a leading hydrogen fuel-cell systems integration company focused on delivering automotive full-cell engines and fuel-cell powertrain solutions. The project is located in Jiangsu as one of the company’s main production sites and exhibition bases. As expect to become a future tends of high-tech developments, we are asked to improve its external appearance and spatial connection by recreating a landscape design on the sites. The new design proposes a more distinct circulation separating an internal production area and external display area. We identify a central green space as the main design focal point. Not only does the central landscape area act as a visual buffer towards the entrance of the factory building, it creates an outdoor garden for people to relax and rest. The triangular shaped sculpture and landscape seatings mark a visual spot after people entering from the gate. The design of the gate is also unique and distinctive, the looming company’s logo will be reflected on the surface depending on sun direction.

本项目为重塑科技集团位于江苏常熟的生产与展示基地，该企业致力于氢能源运用和燃料电池的研发、制造和相关工程服务。是一家高新技术企业。原有设计仅关注其生产功能，未考虑到重塑科技作为常熟市引进的重点高新技术企业，有对外宣传、展示高新技术形象的需求。在此背景下，业主找到我们，希望对其外部景观以及空间形象做出改善型设计。我们通过重新梳理交通流线，将厂区分成对内生产区与对外展示区，限制货车进入对外展示区，同时划定一个集中绿化区域作为对外展示区的重点景观设计节点，以此来隔离厂区后部喧闹的生产区。景观设计以现代简洁风为主，通过折线限定出半围合的户外空间，配合坐凳，可让人驻足停留，围栏设计也加上了在阳光照亮下若隐若现的企业标志，增添了一份独特性和神秘感。
